You can generally expect to receive your order within 4-10 working days. This is an estimate and is not guaranteed since shipping depends on MaltaPost or on whether we are available to pack your order immediately (we are a small team and are occasionally on holiday or on break for a few days per year). 

We are only responsible for packing your order and sending it out via MaltaPost. We cannot be held responsible for anything which happens to your order after we have dropped it into the relevant MaltaPost postbox. Therefore, we cannot held responsible for any issues which occur thereafter, including, but not limited to, delivery issues, stolen packages, damage to packages, etc. 

We cannot be held responsible for any wrong addresses provided by customers or for any mistakes made by customers when placing their orders.
