We adopt high standards of hygiene and since the jewellery pieces are intended to be worn in direct contact with human bodies, we are unable to accept returns for unsealed products. This is in line with Regulation 18(e) of the Consumer Rights Regulations (S.L. 378.17) under Maltese law. Otherwise, we accept returns of unused and unworn pieces within 14 days. You would have to pay for registered postage and provide us with a tracking number. We will process the refund upon receipt of the items and provided no damage has ensued thereto.
If your product is damaged, please contact us via email on gawra.mt@gmail.com or via Instagram at @gawra.mt so that we may discuss. Please prepare photographic evidence of the damage along with a precise timeline of how and when the damage ensued. Since we quality-check all pieces thoroughly before packing your order, it is highly unlikely that you will receive a damaged product. However, we are happy to hear of any concerns you may have.
